Women in Rush Research Project

To understand the state of women coaches in Rush and to measure changes year over year, the Rush Female Coaches Alliance is conducting an ongoing longitudinal study of how women participate as coaches within the Rush.

Current Results
Out of 502 surveyed teams, 250 of which are girls teams, only 15% are coached by women.
